Mode N Chevron Belt Scraper

Specifically designed for cleaning ribbed conveyor belts. Each 200 mm-wide blade is made of polyurethane and features seven flexible fingers that conform precisely to the belt’s profile, allowing efficient cleaning without damaging the surface.

What is the blade design?

Each blade is 200 mm wide and has seven flexible high abrasion resistant polyurethane fingers that adapt to the ribbed pattern of the belt.

How does the scraper work?

The flexible fingers conform to the grooves and ridges of the chevron belt, dislodging material trapped between them without damaging the surface. The adjustable pressure system ensures consistent contact across the belt width.

How is the pressure applied and adjusted?

The pressure is applied via a screw-adjustable system mounted on the side supports. A sliding rail mechanism allows for easy and accurate positioning of the scraper unit.

Is installation and maintenance easy?

The blades are mounted with two screws, making replacement quick and simple. The compact and modular structure allows installation even in tight spaces and requires minimal maintenance.

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
