The P-TPU Primary Scraper is a durable scraper designed to operate tangentially to the pulley. It features tungsten blades that are fastened to a polyurethane body with two screws, allowing for quick and easy replacement.
Its dual support system, made of rubber and polyurethane, applies flexible and consistent pressure on the belt while effectively absorbing vibrations and impacts.
The blades are made of highly wear-resistant tungsten and are mounted to a polyurethane body using two screws. This design ensures strong durability and allows quick and simple replacement during maintenance.
Each scraper segment features a dual support system composed of rubber and polyurethane. These materials provide elastic and consistent pressure across the belt width while effectively absorbing any vibration or impact. The scraper is assembled in 124 mm modules.
Thanks to the angled steel structure with a sliding guide, positioning the scraper is straightforward. The supports are extendable, making it adaptable to different frame widths. Pressure adjustment is also simple and precise.
