Air filters are used in many vehicles such as excavators, dumpers, wheel loaders, bulldozers and trucks. These filters clean either the combustion air of the engine or the air for the driver’s cabin.
Due to dusty environments in industries such as mining, cement, gravel and plastics processing, filters become dirty and require regular maintenance. Cleaning them professionally and automatically is a more economical and sustainable solution compared to replacement.
How does the blow-out unit work?
The unit uses a specially developed blowing nozzle that removes dust from the inside to the outside of the filter. This allows safe and regular cleaning without damaging the filter material.
The process is fully automatic and easy to handle.
What is the design of the unit?
- Rectangular structure with a single door for operation and maintenance
- Pneumatic control cabinet mounted on the side
- Blowing nozzle positioned at the top, moving vertically via pneumatic drive
- Air filter placed on a grate in the middle section
- Dust collection container and suction nozzle located in the lower section
- Can be fixed to the floor at multiple points
How does the cleaning process work?
- Place the air filter on the grate and close the door
- Adjust the cleaning range via limit switches
- Start the industrial vacuum cleaner
- Start the cleaning process
- The nozzle moves inside the filter and blows dust downward into the container
- The nozzle moves down, reverses, and moves upward
- The process runs for approximately 6 minutes
- Stop the vacuum cleaner and remove the cleaned filter
