The drainage belt is the most important component of every Horizontal Belt Filter. Every single belt is designed and tailored to meet all the requirements related to the plant production process. The belt is continuously rotating on the frame supporting a filter cloth. The liquid is separated leaving the dried cake on the cloth passing through the cloth and through the drainage holes in the center of the belt using a vacuum box system.
