Your personal data is transferred by our Company in accordance with the purposes mentioned above, and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to public authorities authorized by law, judicial and administrative authorities, private legal and real persons permitted by other regulations, institutions authorized for auditing, payment institutions for the fulfillment of financial obligations, service providers and business partners with whom we collaborate, and our suppliers, if necessary, in accordance with the security measures stipulated by the Law.

Your personal data is collected by AYIK BAND’s authorized units and employees through both automatic and non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically. You may exercise these rights by submitting your request, filled out with your application form available at http://www.konveyorbant.com/, with a wet signature, by notarial post, return-receipt mail, in person, or by submitting the application electronically to AYIK BAND using the email address registered in AYIK BAND’s data recording system at [email protected]. If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
