PT Tungsten Blade Primary Scraper
Compact scraper system featuring tungsten blades and flexible rubber supports for high wear resistance and effective cleaning. Its non-stick protective skirt prevents material buildup, while the modular and adjustable design ensures easy adaptation to different conveyor structures.
The blades are made of highly wear-resistant tungsten and are fixed to a metallic body using two screws, allowing for quick and easy replacement.
Each blade segment is supported by a 124 mm rubber module designed in a wedge shape. This structure provides multi-directional flexibility, ensuring even pressure and absorbing vibrations or impacts during operation.
A durable, non-stick protective skirt covers the scraper assembly, preventing material from accumulating around the blades and supports.
The angled support structure includes a sliding guide for easy positioning, while extendable supports allow the scraper to fit various frame widths. Maintenance is minimal and spare parts can be replaced quickly.
