Mod E Damaged Belt Scraper

Specially designed for flat conveyor belts with surface wear, deformation, or mechanical splices. Thanks to its flexible blade structure, it easily adapts to belt surface irregularities and provides efficient scraping performance without damaging the belt.

What type of belts is this scraper suitable for?

Mod E scraper is ideal for flat belts that are worn, mechanically spliced, or partially damaged. It is designed to operate without causing further damage to the belt surface.

What is the blade structure and what advantages does it offer?

Each blade is 200 mm wide and includes five flexible fingers. The tips of the fingers are reinforced with tungsten. This design increases wear resistance and allows the blade to conform closely to the belt surface.

How does the pressure and positioning system work?

The pressure system is screw-adjustable and mounted on side supports. The scraper is equipped with a sliding mechanism on the chassis, allowing precise and easy positioning.

Designed specifically for worn, eroded, and deteriorated belts, Mod E scrapers can also be used on new belts when needed. They can be installed either on the drive pulley or on the return side of the conveyor.

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
