Acrobat Belt Tracker

The Acrobat Belt Tracker is a universal belt-training station engineered for virtually any conveyor. Adjustable mounting brackets fit multiple belt widths and idler heights, while the frame can be set to common troughing angles. All rollers are hot-vulcanised rubber-lagged for superior grip; the two edge rollers are conical to sense side drift quickly. A pivoting centre bearing lets the tracker swing, and off-set conical edge rollers steer the belt back to centre. If mis-tracking becomes excessive, additional guide rollers stop the belt from climbing out of the station.

How does it keep the belt centred?

The off-set conical edge rollers detect side drift and, via the pivoting centre bearing, swing the frame to guide the belt back to its centreline; guide rollers prevent extreme wander.

Will it fit my conveyor?

Universal brackets adapt to different belt widths and idler-set heights, allowing tool-free installation across a wide range of conveyors.

Why are the rollers rubber-lagged and conical?

Hot-vulcanised rubber lagging increases traction and absorbs shock; the conical shape on the edge rollers senses mis-tracking sooner and corrects it faster.

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
