ALMEX EMSYS BSG Electronic Belt Steering Station

The Almex EMSYS BSG (Belt Steering Gear) is an automatic centering solution that actively corrects conveyor-belt mistracking, can be installed on both the carrying and the return sides, and generates its own power. Thanks to its PLC functions, real-time data, centering control, and alarm information can all be monitored remotely.

What does the BSG system do?

The Almex EMSYS BSG detects any deviation of the belt from the centerline and, with the aid of hydraulic actuators, automatically adjusts the position of the guide rollers. This keeps the belt perfectly centered and prevents problems such as edge wear and material spillage.

How is power supplied?

The BSG unit is self-powered: its twin-roller design—one roller with an integrated generator and the other with an internal battery—eliminates the need for an external energy source.

Is remote monitoring possible?

Via the PLC system and the mobile application, the real-time belt position, centering data, and alarms can be viewed graphically. Alarms are forwarded directly to a smartphone or tablet.

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
