The impact bed is a support system developed for conveyor loading zones to minimize belt damage and material spillage. Compared to traditional impact systems, it offers superior damping performance, improving bulk material flow and extending system lifespan.

What is the purpose of an impact bed?

It is placed under the conveyor belt at loading points to absorb impact forces and protect the belt surface.

How is the impact absorbed?

The system uses two high-performance components: specially formulated rubber dampers and patented Load Zone™ impact bars made of Kryptane® polyurethane.

What are the features of the dampers?

The rubber elements are designed to absorb not only compression and tension but also combined loading forces, thanks to their advanced material composition and geometry.

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
