An innovative solution designed to keep conveyor belts perfectly aligned. Using a patented mechanism, these rollers automatically track and correct belt misalignment —preventing edge wear, spillage, and interruption.

The roller surface is rubber-coated to improve grip and help keep the roller clean, directly enhancing tracking performance. Additionally, internal rubber seals protect the mechanism by preventing the intrusion of dust and other contaminants.

How does the self-aligning function work?

The pivot mechanism senses belt misalignment and gently repositions the belt toward the centerline—automatically and continuously, with no need for power or manual adjustment.

What role does the rubber coating play?

If AYIK BAND responds to the request in writing, it will do so without charge for up to 10 pages; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be applied. If the response is provided in a media such as a CD or USB drive, AYIK BAND may charge the cost of the recording medium, which will not exceed the actual cost of the medium.
